Tanya Goodman, MS, LPC

I believe that everyone deserves to have a safe space where they can be their truest, most authentic self.  My hope is that I can provide all of my clients with that non-judgmental room to grow and learn about themselves. My therapeutic approach focuses on a holistic and trauma-informed therapy and work with children, adolescents, adults, and families.

I graduated from the University of Scranton with a MS in Counseling and Misericordia University with a BS in Psychology. Since graduation I have earned certifications in addictions, trauma informed therapy, and obtained my LPC in 2019. I have worked in a variety of environments including state prisons, hospitalizations, in patient programs, out patient programs, and MAT programs.

I believe that all parts of a person's experience are interconnected, and that trauma impacts not only the mind, but also the body. I utilize a variety of clinical approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy,  Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness.

Gianna Agosti, MA

Hi! I am Gianna Agosti, a pre-licensed therapist who is eager to help individuals create the best

version of themselves. I graduated from Kutztown University, earning both my MA in Clinical

Mental Health Counseling and my BA in Psychology. I am a former student athlete which further

developed my passion for working with athletes struggling with their mental health. I also have a

passion for working with individuals experiencing anxiety and depression, trauma and grief and

With a unique background that combines over 15 years of nursing experience and a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Elizabeth brings a compassionate and holistic approach to her clinical counseling practice. Her career shift to social work after becoming a mother herself deepened her understanding of the challenges individuals face during pivotal life transitions, including pregnancy, postpartum, and other major life changes.

Kara Reed

Curiosity and compassion guide my approach. Staying curious about your emotions—what you’re feeling and why—can be a powerful tool for grounding yourself, especially when life feels overwhelming.

Building meaningful connections isn’t always easy, but community plays a vital role in both resilience and growth. However, true connection starts with understanding yourself—what makes you feel safe, valued, and engaged?

I help you gain clarity and a deeper understanding of yourself so you can navigate life with confidence and purpose.

Together, we will:

●      Define your core values – Identify what truly matters to you.

  • Examine your habits – Understand how your daily routines and thought patterns support or hinder your goals.

  • Strengthen your connections – Find and build meaningful relationships within your existing network.

●      Clarify your path forward – Align with your purpose and take actionable steps toward your goals.

Let’s work together to create a life that feels more intentional, connected, and fulfilling.

As a U.S. Navy veteran with a decade of service, I honed my ability to lead, mentor, and support others through challenges. My passion for guiding others didn’t stop when I left the military—it grew stronger. Over the past few years, I have dedicated myself to coaching individuals, helping them regulate stress, shift perspectives, and navigate life’s complexities with resilience.
