In 2020 the world changed forever. In the middle of COVID I made the decision to leave the company I was working for an opened the doors of Tanya Goodman Counseling with a mission to create a protected therapeutic space where the client feels empowered to self-reflect on their past and present, make healthy changes to their current negative thinking, harmful behaviors, and unhealthy relationships, and explore opportunities to grow and develop a healthy lifestyle.
