There is no one size fits all approach to therapy, which is why my theoretical orientation is a holistic and person centered approach that integrates various elements of different therapies to meet the individual needs of each client. I have received specialized training in mental health disorders, substance abuse treatment, and trauma. I am licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania and continue to engage in ongoing trainings to help stay on top of new approaches and techniques.
