Trauma Support Group for Women

Service Description

This group is a psychoeducational support group for women striving to heal from past or present trauma. Group is offered virtually however in person is strongly encouraged. This Group will offer a safe space for women who are trauma survivors to learn, grow and heal as well as build a support system. . Sessions will be held bi-weekly. please indicate virtual or in person when contacting to sign up
